9:00 – 10:00 AM | Welcome Breakfast & Introductions
Arrive and enjoy a relaxed coffee and breakfast buffet while meeting fellow guests. We’ll introduce the day’s schedule and set the tone for a creative, inspiring experience.
10:00 – 10:30 AM | Foraging Walk & Specimen Gathering
Take a guided walk through the property and learn how to responsibly gather seasonal and natural elements to incorporate into your floral designs.
10:30 – 11:30 AM | Miniature Garden Cloche Workshop
Lecture, demonstration, and hands-on creation.
Learn how to design and build your own miniature garden under a glass cloche—an enchanting piece you’ll take home with you.
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Centerpiece Design Workshop
Discover the principles of floral composition and create your own centerpiece arrangement with guided instruction and demonstration.
1:00 – 2:00 PM | Seasonal Lunch
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared lunch and take time to relax, connect, and recharge.
2:00 – 4:30 PM | Tablescape & Event Design Masterclass
Lecture, demonstration, and hands-on creation.
Learn how to design a cohesive tablescape from concept to completion. Work with florals, vessels, fabrics and candlelight to create your own event-ready design while learning how tablescapes set the tone for an entire celebration.
4:30 – 6:00 PM | Garden Cocktails & Conversation
Unwind with garden-inspired cocktails and herbal mocktails during an open Q&A session with Jen and Sophie.
6:00 – 8:00 PM | Dinner Among Your Creations
Gather for a seated dinner surrounded by the tablescapes you’ve designed. Enjoy a seasonal, garden-inspired menu featuring local Hudson Valley ingredients.
8:00 – 10:00 PM | Optional Fireside Mahjong
End the evening with a game of fireside Mahjong.

A buffet breakfast, seasonal lunch and a three-course dinner will be included in your ticket price.
A private chef will cater these beautiful meals using garden-inspired, seasonal and local Hudson Valley ingredients.
Coffee and water will also provided throughout the day.

All floral tools and supplies will be given to you, no need to bring your own unless you want to!

The event will take place both inside and outside, rain or shine. Please come prepared with the appropriate clothing and footwear.
Bring layers and closed toe shoes.
Floral aprons will be provided.
